Maria (マリアちゃん, Maria-chan) is Bijou and Princess' owner. She belongs to a wealthy family and lives in a mansion. She was originally born in France but her and family move to Japan. She loves to keep Bijou's cage as clean and pretty as possible. She is also a talented pianist. She and Laura only became friends in season 3 (they never meet in season 1).
