Pal0004797 1

Hamtaro and the Ham-Hams learn how to stay safe on the road in this 14-minute long special produced by the Tokyo Emergency Service.

Unlike the specials above, it was not released for public consumption, yet has the curiously-lofty official sale price of 66,000¥ (equivalent to about $600 USD). The price of a 16mm film copy of the special is 150,000¥ (equivalent to about $1366 USD). It is only available for rent in Japan to be used in educational facilities.

Pal0004803 1

The Ham-Hams practice safety! Hamtaro and the Ham-Hams learn what to do if there's an earthquake or a fire in this 13-minute long video produced by the Tokyo Emergency Service.

Similarly to "The Important Traffic Rules", this special was never released commercially, yet still has an official VHS price of 59,000¥, and the 16-mm film price is a daunting 130,000¥ (equivalent to about $538 and $1185 USD, respectively) Both of the TES specials are only available for rent in Japan to be used in educational facilities.
